When will my order ship?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Are these products body-safe? What materials are used?
Wildhunni crafts only with medical-grade silicone, ABS plastic, and hypoallergenic materials—non-porous, toxin-free, and designed for intimate wellness. Each product is ritually cleansed
Do you have discreet packaging?
Absolutely.Your order arrives in plain package, the shipping label will not show what inside. Even the payment only shows Raindrop E-Commerce.
Will my order appear as ‘Wildhunni’ on my bank statement?
No. Your statement will show‘Raindrop E-Commerce’—a discreet alias even the most curious eyes won’t decipher, Your credit card or Paypal account will be charged discreetly.
Can I track my order? What if it gets lost in transit?
You’ll receive a‘Follow Your Aurora’ tracking link.If the polar winds misplace your package, our Tribe Support will send a replacement—no shamanic rituals required.
Can I send this as a gift? Can you include a note?
Of course. Select ‘Wildhunni Gift Wrap’ at checkout, we will attach an aurora greeting card and a beautiful gift box.

We offer free standard shipping for orders over $69+ (after coupon discounts and before taxes are applied). Orders below $69 will have $19.99 flat rate shipping charge. For expediated orders, please see shipping options at checkout menu.
Discreet shipping matters to us as it is important to many of us. The shipping label will read "Ship from: Customer Service." Your credit card or Paypal account will be charged under the name Raindrop Ltd which is our parent company.
Due to the intimate nature of the products we sell; unfortunately, we are unable to offer return or exchange on any purchased toys, lingerie and products unless defective. The health and safety of our customers matters to us; hence, we can gurantee all our products purchased are 100% brand new in orginal packaging. Items that are designed to come into contact with any body part is non-returnable and non-resalable.
If an item is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same item. Please contact us to let us know of the issue. We will then issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) via email which will provide instructions on getting the product back to us. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST ACCOMPANY ANY RETURN IN ORDER FOR IT TO BE PROCESSED. We will not accept any return without one. When emailing about a defect, please state the following information, your order number, found in the top right hand corner of your invoice OR your web confirmation number along with your name and the nature of the defect. Once the defective item is received back into our warehouse (the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us), we will promptly ship a new replacement to you free of charge once the return is received and processed. Any item returned must have ALL original parts and packaging, batteries if applicable, cords, controls, blank warranty cards, instructions etc.
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed. If you no longer wish to receive the order we suggest you mark the package Return to Sender and refuse the order at the time of delivery. You can also bring the unopened package back to the carrier and advise them you are refusing the delivery.
All orders are considered used once the shipping box is opened and will not be accepted back by our warehouse. Please make sure the shipping box remains sealed.

Once you Proceed to Checkout, your coupon code can be entered on the checkout page. The code can be entered in the coupon code field on the checkout page. Once the code is entered you will see the discount for the PinkCherry coupon code automatically applied to the total. Limit one coupon code per order.
